Amend CSSB 1828 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  In SECTION 4 of the bill (Senate committee printing, 
page 1, line 44), strike "201.028 and 201.029" and substitute 
"201.028, 201.029, and 201.030".
	(2)  Insert the following between SECTIONS 4 and 5 of the 
bill (Senate committee printing, page 1, between lines 60 and 61):
	Sec. 201.030.  CONFLICT OF INTEREST.  A member of the state 
board may not have an interest in any agreement or contract to which 
the state board is a party.
