Amend CSSB 1861 by adding a new section to the bill, numbered 
appropriately, to read:
	SECTION ____.  The following sum of money is appropriated 
out of the Unemployment Compensation Special Administration Fund 
Account No. 0165 for payment of itemized claims and judgments plus 
interest, if any, against the State of Texas:
	To pay Midfirst Bank for judgment of 200th District Court of 
Travis County issued July 26, 1999 (cause no. 9608757)$362,632.03
