Amend SB 1951 by adding a new subsection (c) to SECTION 1 and 
renumbering subsequent subsections accordingly.
	(c)  The School Land Board, in determining the appropriate 
price for the sale of land described herein, shall consider the 
title dispute and the history of the prior transactions.
