Amend CSSB 1952 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered article to the bill and renumbering the remaining articles 
of the bill as appropriate:

ARTICLE ___.  PAUL C. MORENO STATE OFFICE BUILDING.
	(a)  The state office building located in El Paso, Texas, 
shall be known as the "Paul C. Moreno State Office Building", in 
honor of State Representative Paul C. Moreno.
	(b)  The Building and Procurement Commission shall take 
appropriate action to ensure the building is identified as provided 
by this article.
