Amend SJR 33 by striking the following on page 2, lines 52-55 
"Until the appointee is confirmed or rejected by an affirmative 
vote of two-thirds of the members of the committee, the appointee's 
eligibility to continue in office is not affected and" and replace 
with the following "Notwithstanding a temporary confirmation as 
provided by this section,"
