RULEMAKING AUTHORITY Rulemaking authority is expressly granted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission in SECTION 4 (Section 31.032, Parks and Wildlife Code), SECTION 5 (Section 31.039, Parks and Wildlife Code), SECTION 7 (Section 31.0412, Parks and Wildlife Code), and SECTION 10 (Section 31.0465, Parks and Wildlife Code) of this bill.
