indicators adopted under Sections 39.051(b)(1) through (7) (Academic
Indicators), Education Code, including assessment instrument results;
dropout, completion, and attendance rates; and SAT results. Additional
criteria to be considered may include consideration of compliance with
certain statutory and SBOE requirements and the effectiveness of the

programs in the rules adopted by SBOE.
