A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to liability insurance coverage for certain nursing 
institutions.  
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 242.0372, Health and Safety Code, 
enacted by Section 6.01, Chapter 1284, Acts of the 77th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, to be effective September 1, 
2003, is repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
