A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to exempting certain cold storage or processing facilities 
from recordkeeping requirements.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 62.029, Parks and Wildlife Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
	(f)  This section does not apply to a private, noncommercial, 
family-owned cold storage or processing facility.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
