H.B. No. 884




AN ACT

relating to alternative dispute resolution statements required in a 
suit for dissolution of a marriage and a suit affecting the 
parent-child relationship.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 6.404 and 102.0085, Family Code, are 
repealed.          
	SECTION 2.   This Act takes effect September 1, 2003, and 
applies to a suit for dissolution of a marriage or a suit affecting 
the parent-child relationship filed before, on, or after that date.
