A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the penalty imposed on school districts for placing an 
excessive number of special education students in certain 
instructional arrangements.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 42.151(j), Education Code, is repealed.                    
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
