A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the repeal of the exception from required disclosure  
under the public information law of certain information submitted 
by a potential vendor or contractor.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 552.128, Government Code, is repealed.                     
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
