A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the location of a wine bottler's permitted premises.              
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Chapter 18, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is amended 
by adding Section 18.04 to read as follows:
	Sec. 18.04.  LOCATION OF PREMISES.  A wine bottler's permit 
may be issued for a premises in a dry area if the premises is also 
covered by a winery permit.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
