H.B. No. 2300




AN ACT

relating to the regulation of certain water wells by the Jeff Davis 
County Underground Water Conservation District.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 5, Chapter 641, Acts of the 73rd 
Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, is amended by adding Subsection 
(c) to read as follows:
	(c)  Section 36.121, Water Code, does not apply to the 
district.      
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
