A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the fee charged for a nonresident fishing license.                
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 46.004(e), Parks and Wildlife Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(e)  The nonresident fishing license fee is $50 [$15] or an 
amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
