A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the funding of the administrative costs of the Texas Environmental Education Partnership Fund Board. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 6, Chapter 105, Acts of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999 (Article 2654-3g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), is amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) Notwithstanding Subsection (b) of this section, in any fiscal year the board may use for the board's administrative costs an amount equal to not more than seven percent of the amount deposited to the credit of the fund that was given to the board for supplemental environmental projects under Section 7.067, Water Code. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
