A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to contracting for service delivery of workforce training 
and services.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 2308.264, Government Code, is amended to 
read as follows:
	(e)  When a board has contracted with an entity to provide 
workforce training and services, the board may not be a party to any 
contract, regarding provision of workforce training and services, 
with any other entity with whom the entity providing workforce 
training and services has contracted.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
