A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the repeal of certain reporting requirements of drug 
manufacturers and wholesalers.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  REPEALER.  Section 431.116, Health and Safety 
Code, is repealed. 
	SECTION 2.  REPEALER.  Section 431.208, Health and Safety 
Code, is repealed. 
	SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
