A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to requiring state agencies to lease excess land for 
hunting, fishing, or agricultural purposes.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  A state agency shall lease any excess land that 
the state agency owns for hunting, fishing, or agricultural 
purposes.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
