A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

Relating to fire control, prevention, and emergency medical 
services districts by certain municipalities.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Chapter 344, Subchapter B, Local Government 
Code, is amended by repealing subsection 344.052(e):
	SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
