A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the requirement to submit a health certificate to 
obtain a license to practice cosmetology.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 1602.253 and 1602.353, Occupations 
Code, are repealed.  
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
