A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the existing debt allotment for public schools.                   
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 45.111, Education Code, is amended to 
read as follows:   

Existing debt allotment shall be rolled over beyond 2001 through 
2003.      
	SECTION 2.  This act takes effect immediately.
