H.B. No. 3624




AN ACT

relating to electronic recordings of proceedings in the municipal 
court of record for the City of El Paso.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 30.00130(d), Government Code, is 
repealed.               
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
