H.C.R. No. 272



HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2533 has passed the Texas House of 
Representatives and the Texas Senate and is now in the office of the 
governor; and
	WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house of 
representatives and the senate is necessary; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 78th Legislature of the State of Texas, That 
the governor be hereby requested to return House Bill No. 2533 to 
the house of representatives for further consideration; and, be it 
further
	RESOLVED, That the action of the speaker of the house of 
representatives and the president of the senate in signing House 
Bill No. 2533 be declared null and void and that the two presiding 
officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled 
bill.
