CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, Warren B. Branch, D.D.S., has donated considerable 
time and energy to the service of the dental profession, and his 
accomplishments in this regard truly merit commendation; and
	WHEREAS, A 19-year member of the Texas Dental Association 
(TDA), he is highly regarded in his field, which he has contributed 
to as a TDA delegate; and
	WHEREAS, Dr. Branch has recently completed his tenure as 
president of the San Antonio Dental Society (20th District); and
	WHEREAS, In addition, this dedicated individual is the 
2002-2003 junior director of the Den-Pac Board of Directors and has 
been selected to serve as senior Den-Pac director of the Southwest 
Division for 2003-2004; and
	WHEREAS, Dr. Branch has exhibited outstanding leadership as a 
member of the dental profession, having set high standards of 
excellence to which all may aspire; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the 78th Legislature of the State of Texas 
hereby commend Warren B. Branch, D.D.S., on his exceptional 
contributions to the dental community and extend to him sincere 
best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Dr. Branch as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives and Senate.
