CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1365 has been adopted by the house of 
representatives and the senate; and
	WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical 
errors that should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 78th Legislature of the State of Texas, That 
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed 
to make the following correction:
	In SECTION 24 of the bill, in Section 501.138(a)(3), 
Transportation Code, strike "$15" and substitute "$28".
