H.R. No. 88
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, December 6, 2002, was indeed a special day in the
lives of Michael Patrick Ingersoll and Michelle Hanon Ingersoll,
for on that day they became the proud parents of an adorable baby
boy, Matthew Ryan Ingersoll; and
WHEREAS, Matthew weighed in at a strapping 7 pounds, 12
ounces, and measured 20 inches in length when he was born at 1:31
p.m. in Kennewick, Washington; and
WHEREAS, Though Matthew was born in Washington state, his
father is a sixth-generation Texan, and it is thus fitting that this
handsome little boy be accorded special Texas citizenship at this
time; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas
Legislature hereby recognize Matthew Ryan Ingersoll as an honorary
Texan and congratulate Michael and Michelle Ingersoll on the birth
of their son; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Matthew and his parents as an expression of high regard
by the Texas House of Representatives.
