R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, February 10, 2003, was indeed a special day for 
Leticia and David Morgan of Richardson, for it marked the occasion 
of the birth of their precious baby boy, Grant David Morgan; and
	WHEREAS, Grant made his debut at Presbyterian Hospital in 
Dallas at 7:57 a.m., weighing eight pounds, one ounce, and 
measuring 19 inches in length; and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and winning 
personality, this adorable baby boy has indeed brightened the lives 
of everyone around him and is a continuing delight to his 
grandparents, Fred and Cathy Morgan and David and Sharon Birkey; 
and
	WHEREAS, The birth of a child is one of life's most treasured 
events, and it gives the members of this chamber great pleasure to 
formally announce the birth of a new citizen and to congratulate his 
parents; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Leticia and David Morgan on the of 
the birth of their son, Grant David Morgan, and extend to Grant best 
wishes for a bright and happy future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Morgans as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
