R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, October 19, 2002, marked a monumental day in the lives of Emily Walls and Cliff Insall, for on that day they were united in marriage and began new lives together as husband and wife; and WHEREAS, The two were wed in the garden of Sam and Kay Walls, proud father and mother of the bride, in a beautiful ceremony that celebrated the bonds of love and friendship of the happy couple; and WHEREAS, The new Mrs. Insall is a student at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she is studying elementary education and Mr. Insall, son of Bettye Insall and the late Howard Clifton Insall, is employed by the Waco Independent School District; and WHEREAS, Introduced on a blind date, the happy couple met more than five years ago; they share a common love for NASCAR racing and currently reside in Oglesby; and WHEREAS, The relationship they share is based on love, honor, and mutual respect for one another and the years ahead will surely be happy ones, filled with laughter and joyful memories; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas Legislature hereby congratulate Emily Walls Insall and Cliff Insall on their marriage and extend to them sincere best wishes for a lifetime of happiness together; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Insall as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
