R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Marla Wolf, a sixth-grade science teacher at Aledo 
Middle School, has received the Marva Collins Teaching Excellence 
Award in the Aledo Independent School District; and
	WHEREAS, Mrs. Wolf's proven dedication as a mentor, 
motivator, and innovator in education, as well as her ability to 
make learning a fun and exciting experience for her students, has 
made her a worthy recipient of this award; and
	WHEREAS, This esteemed educator was inspired to pursue a 
career in teaching by her first-grade instructor, whose warm and 
caring nature influenced her own teaching style; and
	WHEREAS, Committed to helping her students not only in their 
efforts to understand science, but also in their quests to become 
confident, perceptive, and productive adults, Marla Wolf 
exemplifies the highest ideals of her profession; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Marla Wolf on her receipt of the 
Marva Collins Teaching Excellence Award in the Aledo Independent 
School District and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued 
success and happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mrs. Wolf as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
