R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Debbie Albert of San Angelo has given generously of 
her time and talents in support of this year's Warren and Omega 
Chisum Skeet Shoot, which benefits Keep Texas Beautiful, and her 
efforts are most deserving of special legislative recognition; and
	WHEREAS, Ms. Albert was a member of the committee for this  
year's event, and in addition to assisting in the planning, she is 
credited with raising the money in support of the project; and
	WHEREAS, This fine Texan has demonstrated a deeply rooted 
commitment to preserving and enhancing the Lone Star State's 
natural splendor, and it is a privilege to honor her at this time; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend Debbie Albert on her admirable efforts 
in behalf of the Warren and Omega Chisum Skeet Shoot and Keep Texas 
Beautiful and extend to her sincere best wishes for success in all 
of her future endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Albert as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
