R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, October 1, 2001, was indeed a special day for David 
Mitchell and Macy DeEtte Satterwhite of Odessa, for it was on that 
date that they became the proud parents of a handsome son, Seth 
David Satterwhite; and
	WHEREAS, Born at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, the 
young Mr. Satterwhite weighed in at 7 pounds and 13 ounces and 
measured 20 inches in length; and
	WHEREAS, Seth is the grandson of Jim and Kay Schreier of 
Levelland and Fred and Mary Satterwhite of Andrews, and they join 
with his big brother, Jordan Mitchell, and the many other relatives 
and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Satterwhite in welcoming this 
irresistible little boy into their family; and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with personality and charm, this fine young 
Texan has indeed brightened the lives of everyone around him, and he 
is a tremendous source of joy and delight to his family and many new 
admirers; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby officially welcome Seth David Satterwhite as a 
new citizen of Texas and extend sincere congratulations to Mitchell 
and Macy Satterwhite on the birth of their beloved son; and, be it 
further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Seth, his parents, and his entire family as an 
expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
