R E S O L U T I O N
	BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of 
Texas, That Section 5.04 of H.R. 3, 78th Legislature (the 
Housekeeping Resolution) be amended by adding Subsection (c) to 
read as follows:
	(c)  In accordance with a formula adopted by the committee, 
the Committee on House Administration may provide additional funds 
to those members who incur additional costs because of the 
geographic size of the district represented.  The committee may 
provide those additional funds only if the committee determines 
that funds are available for the purpose.  The committee may not 
reduce the monthly credit of any member below the amount provided by 
Subsection (a) of this section.
