R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Highland Park High School wrestling team has 
again achieved the pinnacle of success by winning the 2003 UIL state 
championship, the school's third such title in the past five years; 
and
	WHEREAS, Highland Park High School's dominance in the sport 
of wrestling is also reflected by the team's success in the State 
Dual Championship, which, with its 2003 triumph, now totals five 
consecutive first-place finishes in that prestigious event; and
	WHEREAS, Head coach Tim Marzuola has provided his charges 
with exceptional leadership and inspiration, emphasizing to each of 
them the qualities of individual responsibility, accountability, 
and teamwork, and he was ably supported in his efforts by assistant 
coach Jay Harris; and
	WHEREAS, These outstanding student-athletes, with their 
coaches and staff, are a source of great pride to all those 
associated with Highland Park High School, and it is appropriate 
that the team receive special legislative recognition at this time; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate the members of the Highland Park 
High School wrestling team on winning the 2003 UIL state title and 
the 2003 State Dual Championship and extend to them sincere best 
wishes for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the team as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
