R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Founded in 1953, the Episcopal School of Wichita 
Falls has long maintained a commitment to helping students achieve 
their highest potential in a safe, supportive, and academically 
challenging atmosphere; and
	WHEREAS, This illustrious institution offers an array of 
advanced programs for students enrolled in preschool through the 
eighth grade; proving the school's reputation for academic 
excellence, students regularly place within the top 20 percent in 
the nation in standardized testing; and
	WHEREAS, In addition to scholastic success, the school places 
an emphasis on the Christian faith as it applies to all 
denominations, and students are encouraged to apply biblical 
principles to their daily lives; and
	WHEREAS, The Episcopal School of Wichita Falls has positively 
affected generations of young Texans, providing them with a solid 
foundation on which to build, and it is a privilege to honor all 
those who have contributed to its success throughout the years; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor the Episcopal School of Wichita Falls for 
providing 49 years of outstanding education to the children of 
North Texas and extend to all those associated with the institution 
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the school as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
