R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Tyler resident Floyd Trammel is sharing his time and 
energy as 2003-2004 board chairman of the Texas Nursery and 
Landscape Association (TNLA), and he truly merits special 
recognition; and
	WHEREAS, Long active with the highly regarded state 
association, Mr. Trammel has capably served in a number of 
leadership roles and on various committees; he benefits his 
profession and his community through participation with the 
Northeast Texas Nursery Growers Association, the Southern Nursery 
Association, and the International Plant Propagators Society; and
	WHEREAS, This esteemed Texan is owner and operator of 
Tram-Tex Nursery, a family business in which his wife, Bonnie, is 
also involved; a lifelong devotee of horticulture and the 
beautification of Texas, Floyd Trammel is an individual whose 
commitment has contributed greatly to the economic and 
environmental well-being of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be 
it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend Floyd Trammel for his myriad 
contributions to his profession and to his fellow Texans, and 
extend to him sincere best wishes for future success and happiness; 
and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Trammel as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
