                                                                  H.R. No. 1053



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to 
honor the Loma Terrace Neighborhood Association for the 
organization's many significant contributions to the citizens of 
San Antonio; and
	WHEREAS, Under the skilled leadership of president Mary Lee 
Reyna, the members of this association have greatly advanced the 
quality of life in the Alamo City; they have worked diligently to 
address the issues and concerns that face area residents and helped 
to build a more unified and informed citizenry; and
	WHEREAS, These esteemed Texans have organized a number of 
community-building projects, including a neighborhood telephone 
tree and group garage sales, and have participated in National 
Night Out and Dial-A-Trailer; and
	WHEREAS, The Loma Terrace Neighborhood Association is 
helping to make San Antonio a better place in which to live, and it 
is a pleasure to honor this exemplary organization at this time; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor Mary Lee Reyna and all those associated 
with the Loma Terrace Neighborhood Association and extend to them 
sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Loma Terrace Neighborhood Association as an 
expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
