R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Rosemary Perez earned the respect and admiration of 
a great many people during her exemplary tenure as president of the 
Culebra Park Neighborhood Association of San Antonio; and
	WHEREAS, Under her skilled leadership, the members of the 
neighborhood association worked hard to address the issues and 
concerns that face area residents and, through their efforts, 
helped to build a more unified and informed citizenry; and
	WHEREAS, Ms. Perez led a host of community-building projects, 
including neighborhood cleanups, social gatherings, and 
initiatives against gangs, over the course of her service, and the 
neighborhood is all the better for her selfless efforts in its 
behalf; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor Rosemary Perez for her outstanding tenure 
as president of the Culebra Park Neighborhood Association and 
extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in her 
future endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Perez as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
