R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Members of the Misty Oaks Homeowners Association 
(HOA) have long worked to improve the quality of life for San 
Antonio residents, and it is a pleasure to honor these outstanding 
Texans for their efforts in this regard; and
	WHEREAS, Over the years, the organization's members have 
undertaken such worthwhile endeavors as organizing community 
cleanups and swim teams; in addition, these dedicated men and women 
have participated in numerous other initiatives, including 
National Night Out and Cellular on Patrol; and
	WHEREAS, The Misty Oaks HOA is truly an asset to the San 
Antonio community, and its history of service truly merits special 
legislative recognition; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend all those associated with the Misty Oaks 
Homeowners Association of San Antonio and extend to them sincere 
best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Misty Oaks HOA as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
