R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Denise Ann Rodriguez is celebrating a significant 
milestone in her life on May 10, 2003, for on that date she will 
graduate from New Mexico State University; and
	WHEREAS, This dedicated individual has shown initiative, 
leadership, and a determination to succeed during her collegiate 
career; as she dons her cap and gown to receive her bachelor's 
degree in fashion merchandise with a minor in Spanish, she can take 
great pride in her notable scholastic achievement; and
	WHEREAS, Denise Ann Rodriguez is an impressive young woman 
who has demonstrated exemplary commitment in attaining her college 
degree; her energy, enthusiasm, and perseverance typify the finest 
qualities of this nation's young people, and she is most deserving 
of commendation for her outstanding accomplishment; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Denise Ann Rodriguez on her 
graduation from New Mexico State University and extend to her 
sincere best wishes for continued success and fulfillment in the 
years to come; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Rodriguez as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
