H.R. No. 1088



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to 
congratulate Jenette Serna on the joyous occasion of her graduation 
from The University of Texas at El Paso on May 10, 2003; and
	WHEREAS, This dedicated individual has shown initiative, 
leadership, and a determination to succeed during her collegiate 
career; as she dons her cap and gown to receive her bachelor of 
business administration degree in computer information systems, 
she can take great pride in her notable scholastic achievement; and
	WHEREAS, Jenette Serna is an impressive young woman who has 
demonstrated exemplary commitment in attaining her college degree; 
her energy, enthusiasm, and perseverance typify the finest 
qualities of our state's young people, and she is most deserving of 
commendation for her outstanding accomplishment; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Jenette Serna on her graduation 
from The University of Texas at El Paso and extend to her sincere 
best wishes for continued success and fulfillment in the years to 
come; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Serna as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
