R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, RE/MAX Associates Realty has been named the number 
one office in the Tarrant County Council for 2002 by RE/MAX of 
Texas; and
	WHEREAS, Under the leadership of owners Mary and Stu Burge,  
RE/MAX Associates Realty surpassed the 20 other offices in their 
council in listing units, listing volume, sales units, and sales 
volume during 2002; they also ranked among the top 10 offices in the 
state for listing units, listing volume, and sales units; and
	WHEREAS, With offices in Colleyville and Trophy Club, RE/MAX 
Associates Realty employs 60 sales associates who generally serve 
clients in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and Wise counties; these men 
and women exemplify the RE/MAX slogan, "Outstanding Agents, 
Outstanding Results," and they may take pride in their noteworthy 
achievements; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Mary and Stu Burge and all those 
associated with RE/MAX Associates Realty on being named the number 
one office in the Tarrant County Council for 2002 by RE/MAX of 
Texas; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the company as an expression of best wishes from the 
Texas House of Representatives.
