H.R. No. 1620



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Sara and Joe Sullivan of Austin welcomed their 
precious baby girl, Emily Grace Sullivan, into the world on May 27, 
2003; and
	WHEREAS, Emily weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 18.5 
inches in length when she made her debut at 7:25 a.m. at Seton 
Northwest Hospital in Austin; and
	WHEREAS, This charming new Texan is a source of great pride to 
her close-knit family, which includes her doting grandparents, Joe 
and Rosalie Sullivan and Richard and Barbara Pearce, and her 
favorite, and in fact, only aunt, Amber Pearce, who has had Emily's 
sonogram picture set as the wallpaper on her computer for many 
months; and
	WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event, and 
it is a privilege to join in celebrating the arrival of Emily Grace 
Sullivan and to honor her delighted family; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Sara and Joe Sullivan on the birth 
of their daughter, Emily Grace Sullivan, and extend to them sincere 
best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Sullivan family as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
