R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The retirement of Francine Lehr of Taylor presents a fitting opportunity to recognize the significant contributions she has made as a district assistant for State Representative Mike Krusee; and WHEREAS, Ms. Lehr graduated from Miles High School and attended San Angelo College; she worked in San Angelo before coming to Austin where she was employed by the Texas State Teachers Association as governance operation manager from 1972 to 1993; and WHEREAS, Ms. Lehr began working as district assistant for Representative Krusee in 1994 and, through her diligence and commitment, she has ably served the representative and greatly benefited the constituents of District 52; and WHEREAS, Ms. Lehr will be sincerely missed at the office, and at this time it is most appropriate that she be given special recognition for her noteworthy service as a legislative staff member; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas Legislature hereby congratulate Francine Lehr on her retirement as district assistant for State Representative Mike Krusee and extend to her warmest best wishes for future happiness; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Ms. Lehr as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
