H.R. No. 1889



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Ryan Richard has given generously of his time and 
talent as a legislative intern in the office of Representative 
Yvonne Davis during the regular session of the 78th Texas 
Legislature; and
	WHEREAS, A freshman at The University of Texas at Austin, 
this hardworking young Texan is currently majoring in government; 
Mr. Richard, who plans to attend law school, has consistently 
demonstrated the ability to respond quickly and effectively to the 
challenges that arise daily in a demanding office environment and 
has ably drafted correspondence and addressed education issues; and
	WHEREAS, During his superb tenure, he has distinguished 
himself as a valued and trusted staff member, and his many 
significant contributions to the office have helped to ensure its 
smooth functioning throughout the course of the session; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend Ryan Richard for his exemplary service 
as a legislative intern and extend to him warmest best wishes for 
continued success and happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Richard as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
