H.R. No. 1915



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Kenedy County Wide Consolidated School District 
indeed merits special legislative recognition for its 
long-standing commitment to excellence in education; and
	WHEREAS, Currently under the leadership of Maria Canales, the 
Kenedy County Wide CSD is located in deep South Texas and gives its 
students a firm foundation on which to build at its Sarita 
Elementary School campus; and
	WHEREAS, Since its establishment, the Kenedy County Wide CSD 
has made invaluable contributions to Kenedy County, and its record 
of success can be attributed in large part to the substantial 
support of the community it serves; and
	WHEREAS, The residents of Kenedy County continue to reap the 
benefits of the fine education offered by the Kenedy County Wide 
CSD, and it is truly a privilege to pay tribute to this noteworthy 
district and its devoted educators, administrators, students, and 
staff; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend all those associated with the Kenedy 
County Wide Consolidated School District for their dedication to 
the provision of an outstanding education; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Kenedy County Wide CSD as an expression of high 
regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
