R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The members of the "Reunidos Ayudando ha Nuestros 
Amigos," a group also known as the RANA Social Club, have 
contributed countless hours of their time toward helping those in 
need; and
	WHEREAS, This exemplary organization has provided the 
initiative and labor to assist cancer victims, families in economic 
turmoil, veterans in need, the elderly, and the children of Kleberg 
County; and
	WHEREAS, The RANA Social Club is made up of individuals from 
all walks of life, and these members have found immense 
satisfaction in helping their neighbors when the call for help 
seems most faint; and
	WHEREAS, In existence for more than 25 years, the club is held 
together by a common thread that runs through a tightly woven 
tapestry of friendship and commitment to task; it is a whole greater 
than the sum of its parts, a truly rare organization that has risen 
to the challenges of life, serving others without any concern for 
thanks, for acknowledgment, or for monetary benefit; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor the members of the "Reunidos Ayudando ha 
Nuestros Amigos" Social Club for their outstanding contributions to 
the Kleberg County community, contributions that have benefited the 
most in need, the unfortunate, the economically disadvantaged, and 
the ill in their time of despair; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the RANA Social Club as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
