H.R. No. 2011



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Haley Greer is an outstanding member of the staff of 
State Representative Eddie Rodriguez, and she is indeed deserving 
of special recognition for her efforts during the 78th Legislative 
Session; and
	WHEREAS, Ms. Greer has proven her inestimable value in 
supplementing the policy expertise of the office in the fields of 
agriculture, rural affairs, and the courting rituals of small-town 
adolescents, including, but not limited to, the role of the 
Brookshire's parking lot; and
	WHEREAS, She has drawn upon resources uniquely available to 
her as a native of Alvin and a Future Farmer of America in order to 
expand the lexicon of her coworkers, specifically with regard to 
the alternative names used to describe certain garden implements; 
and
	WHEREAS, Demonstrating her keen grasp of the legislative 
process, Ms. Greer was the first among her peers to oversee the 
passage of assigned legislation by the house, and no one ever had to 
explain to her that additional action was required by the senate in 
order for that measure to become law; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor Haley Greer for her exemplary performance 
during the 78th Legislative Session and extend to her best wishes 
for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Greer as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
