A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to jury service in certain counties by persons removed 
from a jury panel for cause.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  Section 62.021, Government Code, is repealed.                      
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003, and 
applies only to a person removed from a jury panel on or after that 
date.
