S.B. No. 330




AN ACT

relating to access to certain private medical information.                    
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Sections 181.101 and 181.102, Health and Safety 
Code, are repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2003.
